Deposit
When figures are open for pre-ordering, clients can firstly pay a deposit to secure their products. The deposit can be 30% - 60% of the total product price, depending on different studios�policies and not including shipping cost.

Final Payment
As soon as we received the packages from studios, We will message buyers to pay the final payment by means of email, Facebook group and so on. The final payment should be the rest of the product price plus shipping cost. Shipping cost will be calculated more precisely after we measure the package to avoid overcharging clients. The final payment period is usually about one week. Those who fail to pay final before the deadline will not receive the products and the deposit is not refundable.

Pre-order (Deposit) Cancellation Policy
We accept deposit cancellation within 72 hours (begin with the deposit payment time). After that time, we do not accept deposit cancellation due to buyers personal reasons.

A restocking fee will be applied for all In-stock/Pre-order (Deposit) cancellations. If an order is cancelled within 72 hours since the order placement, the cancellation fee is 10% of the product total payment. If an order is cancelled after 72 hours since the order placement, a 30% cancellation fee of the product total payment will apply.

Shipping policy
We will arrange a suitable carrier depends on a different country and the size/weight of statues, choose more cheap, high efficiency and safe delivery service to all of the customers.

Resin products are brittle in nature and there is a risk of breakage in the shipping process. Self-repair work may be required in the unfortunate event that they arrive in imperfect condition. All items are guaranteed to be in good condition prior to shipping.

If statues do arrive damaged, most Studios/manufacturers do offer free repairs as long as you cover shipping both ways. Depending on the extent of the damage, it may be cheaper to fix it yourself than to have the Studios/manufacturer fix it.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within a week of delivery. A restocking fee of 30% will apply for all returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
