Shipping policy

For customers that have purchased in our store, Relxelf will provide the best service to you and please not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns. 

If you have chose the products which is IN STOCK, normally we will ship in one week. It normally takes 15-20 business days to arrive. If you choose PUT IT ON LAY-BUY option to pay for IN STOCK products, we only ship after receiveing the full payment. 

If you have chose the products which belongs to PRO ORDER, we need to wait until the maker has delivered the product and Relxelf should deliver afterwards.

Resin products are brittle in nature and there is a risk of breakage in the shipping process. Self-repair work may be required in the unfortunate event that they arrive in imperfect condition. All items are guaranteed to be in good condition prior to shipping.

If statues do arrive damaged, most Studios/manufacturers do offer free repairs as long as you cover shipping both ways. Depending on the extent of the damage, it may be cheaper to fix it yourself than to have the Studios/manufacturer fix it.

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. 

We will arrange a suitable carrier depends on a different country and the size/weight of statues, choose more cheap, high efficiency and safe delivery service to all of the customers.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability

TAXES & DUTIES

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at Phonebibi. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES

If you credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.
